Fantastic protection program !! See below picture of where my dog chewed my glasses. It was 53.00 for replacement!!! Not sure what the protection cost was that I originally paid but I will be buying it every time i get new glasses! Excellent assistance! Super friendly staff!
My wife and daughters had the best experience at Target Optical in Ankeny. Appointments were efficient and quick. The front desk help was the best we have ever received. Highly recommend.
Target optical ankeny you have an amazing group of people working at your store. No matter what’s going on in the day they are there to provide you the best possible experience they have to offer. Angie is the best of the best when it comes to customer service, she will do whatever she can do in her power to get you taking care of. I guarantee that you’ll leave with a smile on your face.
The staff that welcomed me in was very inviting and kind. The Dr was very professional and answered all of my questions. Upon reviewing my options and choosing my daily glasses and sunglasses I received both pairs under the projected time frame. Will definitely do business with them again.
The staff here is simply amazing! I have been to optical places before and this is BY FAR the best experience I have had. They took the time to help me with frames, explain everything and give me thier opinions on what they thought. The doctor was the absolute BEST EVER. Bella and Josie- I hope I have the name right truly are what makes this place run. If you are thinking about a place to get the best service- This is it!! I would give them all 20 stars if I could!

I am from I out of town and was at a volleyball tournament in Ankeny. While at the tournament a volleyball hit me right in the glasses and bent the frame. I went to Target between games the folks in the Optical department fixed my glasses at no charge and I’m not even a customer. Angela’s team is awesome.
A lovely optical employee named Light helped my husband and I pick out glasses with honesty and fun. She also aided us with our insurance benefits and the financing of our purchases. It was a wonderful experiences, and I would definitely rate her as a 5 star… Steve and Deb
Have never been to this optical store prior to recently. Always purchased my eyeware from where I received my annual vision test.. Was very impressed with the frame selection, and time frame that I should receive my glasses but what impressed me the most was the employees who assisted in my choices. No pressure, let me ask questions and they took the time to answer them all. I'll be back when I'm in need of any other services they offer.
Stopped in and was in a hurry luckily the staff Angela and Bella at the Ankeny, IA target were amazing and very helpful. Especially Angela who helped me get what I needed and sent me on my way. Was very friendly and professional. Overall my experience was great and I would highly recommend especially if Angela and Bella are there to help!.
