Taylor's Do it Center

Picked out our Christmas tree, handed it over to the guy to get it trimmed, guy said he’d put it in our truck. 5 minutes later the tree had been lost. He had no idea what he had done with it. Had no answers for us. We went home without a tree. What a merry Christmas.

I walked in today and was helped by first a young man named Quinton who went over and beyond to assist me. Truly, he was a delightful breath of fresh air in the customer service industry. He then pit me with a lady named Cheryl who spent considerable time teaching me about fertilizers and giving me cost effective advice. I left Taylor’s today feeling hopeful that customer service is still important to some stores and happy with my experience and purchase of a mere $10.53! The experience , however, was priceless.

Taylor's at hilltop out here charging more than $5 a gallon for Propane while tractor supply is charging just over $3. Stop the price gouging!

Very helpful employees, went out of their way to help me find what I needed and helped steer me away from unneeded purchases.

Cut 2 door keys and 2 ignition keys for my truck FREE of charge and not surprisingly they all WORK! The entire time they showed me prime customer service and smothered my baby daughter in love. Made my entire day! Sorry for late review

After not finding 2 matching medium mailboxes at a nearby big box store, I came to Taylor's and found them in stock AND a dollar cheaper! Had great personal assistance from an older gentleman familiar with Stihl products.

Worst store experience I’ve had in a long time, I was not greeted when I entered. I asked for help and the guy “Raymond” acted like I was bothering him. I said I needed help he replied “with what” I direct him to the hammers that are locked so customers cannot access. And when I pointed out the door I needed open he told me to “move back” horrible customer service. Highly would not recommend, wish I could give zero stars. I did speak with the manager she seemed as though she understood that was not there efforts at the store as far as customer service. But Raymond is an employee that will tarnish your business.

This is such a great little family owned store in the midst of the Virginia Beach hustle and bustle. The staff are so very friendly, and you can find anything from organic soil and house vents to mom and pop sodas and shelving units. Highly recommend!
