Very Bad attention. I was stand for many many minutes and nobody say nothing, "hello", "one moment sr." or something similar. Only after long time when other person entered to the lobby, the teller say something to her and only after that the teller had to make me pass.

Customer service is horrible this branch is just not great at all places in auroura much kore accommodating. These people will close early and doesn't care hiw it inconvenience their customers

Won't cash a check that was issued though them. First check I was given I took to my bank and it got returned due to a system change. I had another check written and they won't cash it.

Do not use TCF bank! Absolutely the worst bank for high fees! They can’t even print checks, you’ll wait forever and talk with people in customer service that speak broken English!!

Don’t bank with them! They are so horrible and the customer service is bad! They are rude!!!! They had to call the head people to let me take out my own savings account smh!!!!!

I have been banking here for 3years. Love the bank. Everyone is really nice and very helpful.
