Wells Fargo Bank

I arrived with no appointment with a banker but they got me in anyways! SO nice. The banker, Jose, was extremely helpful and knowledgable! He made the process of a wire transfer so easy and fast. This particular branch is always thoughtful, quick, and aligned to customers' needs. I've made this branch my home bank. =

The manager has to be the dumbest person. Send his tellers out during the busiest hour with the line outside wrapped around the building.

Absolute terrible branch. Help is terrible. The commercial line is always closed. Full of a bunch of people that like to dress nice, but have no grasp on the financial industry. I would avoid this branch at all costs.

I went into the bank today and I was in a little bit of a bind with the bank account that I have with another bank and Casey really stepped up to help me out and I appreciate everything they did today who wasn't for them we would not have taken care of the stuff we had to take care of today thank you

Show up at 515pm the people in the bank were already walking out and locking doors. They were rude don't open a back account here.

Always been happy to go out of my way to come here. Absolutely highly recommended
