TD Bank

I roughly spend 15 to 20 mins queue in line for counter service. I just spent about 45 mins today… America’s most convenient bank? The management here is disaster.. American most “waiting” bank!

I just from this location today arround 9.40am it’s took me almost 20 mins to withdrawal $5000.I always withdrawal for my employee payroll and buy supplies .Because it’s a business account. This is the 2nd time i got asked why i need to withdrawal $5000 that much . Last time also teller at this location. asked me why i withdrawal that much ? I have citibank and chase bank business account also , when i go there and withdrawal $5000, $6000 or $7000 they NEVER ask me why i have to withdrawal that much ? No matter Business or personal account why they need to know what is my purpose withdraw my OWN money?! In my 30++ yrs having transaction in business or personal, never ever in my life when withdrawal got asked WHY i need withdrawal that much? It’s $5000 NOT $ 5M ! So if i put my money in td bank i can’t withdraw anytime? ONLY this Td bank location asking me that question! Then HANNY , im not sure how to spell her name , She’s a supervisor, she told me why don’t i write the check for payroll? What’s her business with my employee ? Is she my boss? Then she told me in the future we don’t have that much money! She told me i can give check for my employee salary ! Sounds like she’s my BOSS! I said “$5000 you don’t have money ? Then how much you have ? How come bank doesn’t have $5000? She said today i can give you but NOT SURE in the future! I told her this is my money !I’m NOT BEGGING FOR MONEY! if you said your bank don’t have that much money , then where’s my money go ?? I was wondering $5000 is alot of money for business account to do withdrawal , is this her 1st time see $5k withdrawal transaction? I saw lady next to me withdrawal $2670 and she’s not even questioning what is the purpose that she withdraw ???

I'm a customer and they treat customers like homeless people. Here doing a transaction needed to use bathroom and my kid . They wouldn't even talk to us. Worst place to go for a bank is here, go to chase where they treat people like people.

This is the worst customer service ever. For as business as this bank gets, they need all hands on deck, and staff need to know their job inside and out! Customers here need a lot of support, and mediocre performance should not be allowed. This bank needs to be re-staffed.

What a great service Miss ARIANA the teller was just wonderful professional and very attentive alley transactions where expectacular she even find the time to talk about a professional investors that now a days a client can come and have a consultation free of course the branch in Valley Steam Merrick and Central can learn alot.

Do not use the ATM here. I tried to get money out and the ATM took my card and they just said “sorry that happens sometimes you can order a new card from your bank” A bodega is safer to get money out.

Really helpful branch!! Shawn is the one that served me today and I hope I had people like him everywhere I go . Thanks you very much TD bank to put the right people in business! + very clean a d neat branch!!

Visited today. Racist employee at the counter. Asked for government packed quarters. Refused to provide. There was a Chinese old guy next to me got 200$ worth of government packed quarters. Worse service ever at this location. Never going back. Account holder more than 5 years. Always bad service at this location. If the service not improved, going to close the account at TD personal and business. If possible, I would have given 0 star.

Ryan! Was the most patient superstar he sat down with me for over an hour to educate me on long term financial decisions. He made me feel like a friend in a professional fun way. I LOVE this location everyone is so professional and friendly. They always remember my mother and I even the security guards are friendly I’ve been going there since it opened. I even moved away for five years and they still remembered me! Lifelong customer here
