For those of you planing on using Chase bank as a placement for you money, I recommend don’t. I have been with chase for quite a while and they are the worst. I’ve been seeking helps due to my account being hacked, and when I called 5 time, the first two time I was hung up on while being on hold for a while and transferred all they could say is we can’t help you and that I have to wait till they close my account and wait about two weeks to get my money. I go to the bank and they no help. for those of you that need a reliable bank, chase is not the one. Chase and TD bank are both the worst bank to have. I will say this tho, the banker Terrell is an amazing person and when I went there he was alway ready to help. Other than that, don’t use Chase if you don’t want to be taken advantage of.
I'm trying to connect to the bank, I'm international now. I'm trying Google voice too. Please let me know how to do so. I got an information update mail which was not done by me. Please guide me on how to proceed with this. Thank you
Reached out by phone first for help with my husbands locked debit card after his passing, was told to make an appointment or walk into branch, came out to the branch today only to be told I needed to contact the same number where I was told to come for a branch for help….
Really slow service . Be prepared to be in a long line. Specially if this lady help you could take more than 40min to get some change .
Waste of my time. I came to this location to update my card info. 2 Days later, I received a new card with no change. I then contacted Chase Customer Service/ Call Center to find out why nothing was change- turns out Chase- Delancey never submitted my info nor updated my account. Complete a waste of my time. Would walk an extra mile so I can get things done the right way... Without having to think about where my private info went instead...
Just your standard bank branch. ATM vestibule usually has security guard posted. My few interactions with the staff have been positive.
After 35 mins of waiting for a scheduled appointment I gave up. If it’s walk in service you can expect to wait that much time, if scheduled, no.
Scam my money. This is the first time that I went to this bank, I usually go to canal. I was exchanging a bunch of little bills for bigger bills. I knew exactly how much I had because I always count my money before I bring it to the bank. The teller asked me to help him unfold the money so he can put it in the bill counter machine. Then in the end when he counted my bills I was short $35 from what I had. Never going to this chase branch ever again.
Usually use this location for ATM but more often than not there are people just hanging out in the foyer. Don't appreciate going to withdraw money with an audience. Today there was a homeless person sleeping there. Luckily I saw him when he lifted his leg to scratch "before" I entered. Not only for safety reasons and peace of mind, more effort should be made to keep this area clear of loungers.
The wait time for an appointment is terrible. I was scheduled for 1:00PM and had to wait 30+ minutes for my turn. Not cool. The bankers are friendly.
