You can call ALL DAY LONG and no one will ever pick up the phone. This has been happening for years! It's like they don't want you to ask questions. Very old fashioned. I've never experienced anything quite like this.

I had a business account at this bank and I was disappointed with the service. I wouldn’t deal with this bank ever again. We live in a modern age of fast and efficient service and that was not my experience here. Sadly I returned to using a national chain because I found that more reliable.

Cannot bank by phone. They do not answer their phones. Staff doesn’t care about customers. Wanted to invest in community. This is not the place.
