Ive used this bank for over a decade. I am not Russian. I don’t speak Russian. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating to me.

Very disrespectful staff and the staffs members are racist towards other customers who doesn’t speak Russian apparently. Also a branch employee said she didn’t care about us customers and she doesn’t need us there at the location. What a nice way to treat people.
