Bad customer service: I cashed my check Thursday September 29th 2022, They told me my funds would be available the next business day, it wasn't available so I called and a different person said it would be available Monday and here we are on Monday and now they telling me they don't know why I was told my money was gonna be available when it wasn't. Oh yea and to make things better my rent is due tomorrow I'm never ever going back to this branch ever again .
Poor customer service my account was closed with Direct deposit from job! I couldn’t get answers from anyone! Go to a credit union like palmetto citizen it’s not for profit bank. TD bank has poor customer service and that’s probably the reason they are closing some of their branches!
I have had issues with TD BANK since coming to Columbia. Specifically the Main Office. Now here at 4 pm and the bank is closed when it says 5. I am a multiple business owner and it has been nothing but bad service and problems. I will definitely shop for other banks. Less than 1 star.
If I could rank TD Bank lower I would, it’s not a coincidence there's been a lot of bad news concerning tellers stealing money from customers. It seems like it's part of TD Bank's culture, be very careful about giving this bank any business.
I have had bad experiences, really bad , manager at st andrews location was the devil, mean , hateful talking down. It was the worst experience and I never went or looked back.
Worst customer service. Stick to the TD in Five Points where the employees are friendly and nice.
Great customer service at this location. I genuinely do not dread going to this bank as I have with other banks.
The staff at this branch are rude and not helpful.
