Worst TD Bank branch. The drive thru is always extremely slow. One morning I stopped to make a deposit and they were definitely open but no one ever came to the drive thru window. Another morning I stopped to make a deposit, they took my deposit at the window. I sat there for 5 minutes waiting for the receipt. I finally parked and went inside to get it. Today, I had to go to a branch to activate my business debit card because the 800 # for activation was not working. I waited in line for a good 5 minutes because there was only 1 teller and the customer at the counter was having an issue. They finally brought another tell out to help me and I told her what I needed. She told me I'd need to go sit and wait for a customer service rep. I turned around and all of the desks were empty. She said the 1 rep was "doing something" and would be out shortly. I sat for a few minutes and decided to leave. I went up the street to the Marsh & Naamans Rd branch and I was in and out in 5 minutes.
This TD Bank location is horribly understaffed. I wanted to make a large cash withdrawal one day. The problem is it takes two people to open the vault and there were only three people working at the bank that day. They had to take care of drive-thru customers and teller customers all the time, so that meant there were not two people available to open the vault. The result is it took nearly an hour to get my withdrawal done. This is a serious problem and TD Bank needs to figure out an adequate staffing level so that this does not happen again.
Although people would complain that the bank is not convenient because of the long wait at times and or under staff, I can say that the employees are doing what they can, to give the legendary service to their customers. I am aware that there are policies and procedures that they must follow so I truly appreciate their hardwork. Customer service is one of the tough jobs on earth because you cannot pleased everybody.
The staff is friendly and very helpful including the customer service area, managers, drive thru and desk tellers. I always try to go to this branch whenever possible. I had a problem and they made sure everything was taken care, that would help to solve the problem.
Worst customer service i have ever encountered. The manager and assistant manager continuously tell u what they CAN'T do for you. The ladies that work at the desk and behind the counter are wonderful but the managers there are never helpful. I have been banking here for 6 years and this past year has been very disappointing. Sorry to go but they have given me no choice.
Never had a problem at this branch either with the drive-thru or going inside.
