Very polite and followed covid sanitization protocol

Theyre quick to give an attitude the second something doesn't make sense to them or if a customer is confused.

Had a problem that would’ve taken me hours to fix; they were able to get it done in one and were amiable and helpful the whole way through. Also doing well to overcome challenges of pandemic.

Showed up at 1 pm on a Tuesday and they weren’t open. No sign explaining why.

today i went into this branch to cash a payroll check drawn out of this bank it took the teller 25 minutes to cash my check she needed to get help to approve it don' t know why

Extremely slow service all the time. Average wait is 15 minutes.

I went on a weekday, close to lunchtime. The associates were friendly and I was helped immediately, but I noticed that the line was very long during lunchtime.
