Although the branch is smaller than others, I still had a great experience here. The customer service representative named Cristina was great and she was able to ensure all my banking needs were taken care of.

Customer service is too slow. There is no First Come First Serve customer sheet. I have been waiting on this TDBANK sofa for my ADDRESS CHANGE but so far it’s almost 30 mins no waiting customer and no customer service representatives. Awful Right ?
