The Fairview, North Bergen and Union City branches are all very helpful. The Assistant Branch Mgr.Indira Haro is extremely kind and caring.
These are difficult times for all of us. But the manager in charge forgets that we are the customers. I’m not your buddy. You can’t just speak to people anyway you please. She is nasty n unprofessional. The manager needs to take some management classes. As soon as this crisis is over I’m taking my money and finding a real bank.
I tried to use the atm to withdraw money and the machine ate my card. When I went inside the bank to try and retrieve my card, they stated I could not get my card back because it was not a valley national card...makes no sense at all to me and just advised to contact my bank to try and get a new card.
Great bank to get your change counted in a machine. It will save you from having to roll up your coins up into paper rolls. They do take 10% if you aren't a member of the bank

They do false advertising. Is supposed open till 7 or any other time they close. But their operations finish earlier, their books close earlier, or whatever excuse is, so you cant do your transactions after 3. So what is the point to open late then? No wonder they close so many branches already.
Horrible service my company gives me checks from valley National all of a sudden today they didn’t want to cash it I need my money for the holidays & this is what they pulled unprofessional nasty branch
