Teacher Heaven

I was visiting the Woodlands and decided to stop by Teacher Heaven to buy some supplies for my grandniece. I had my wife go in while I shopped around. She said there was a very nice polite woman that was helping a customer whom she had dealt with on previous occasion, I believe her name is Amanda. She said that seconds later there was a phone call from the office upstairs (she could see the person through the glass). She assumed it was the manager, then another person walked in who seemed she was of authority as well. Both were just staring down from upon their perch. When my wife relayed the information to me I had to write in hopes that the owners of this business will know that the two that were in the office were not fit to be management as they obviously rule by intimidation. I will not have my wife nor myself go back to Teacher Heaven if those two are still working there. I feel sorry for the other employees.

Love the selection but can NOT understand the store hours. WHY on earth would a store for teachers be CLOSED ON SUNDAY???? This is ridiculously inconvenient and usually my reason for not going to Teacher Heaven. Please change your hours and open on Sunday, at least thru August and September.

I went into the Woodlands location close to closing time on a Friday. I had no idea that they were about to close because the store and parking lot were PACKED full of people and they were making no effort to escort people out of the store or make an announcement. The little teenager cashier was blatantly rude when it came to check out time. She was complaining how they were not busy all day and everyone waited until the last minute to show up. My new purchases were then shoved into a flimsy paper bag which tore when I picked it up. The most frustrating part is that I bought six new posters for my classroom, which the girl creased when placing them into a bag. Realizing the following day that the store had damaged my new materials I called the next day and asked to speak to a manager who refused to take the posters back that THEY DAMAGED!! The best she could do is offer free lamination. No thank you!! You wasted my time the first go round, why would I ever return?? Uhm, and people are going into your store close to closing time because that's when teachers get off of work!! It's not like we have been sitting around eating Bon Bons all day. I won't be returning here ever!!

I definetly love it more than lakeshore and its a tad bit cheaper.
