This place is the best sit down, talk about every philosophy you've ever heard while sipping the finest tea in the land...you've never been to on the south side. The owner is the nicest guy. He takes into account your past tea experiences and guides you where you say you want to go next down to pairing what would taste good with what you're choosing to eat! That is knowledge and delicate care only someone who is enthusiastic could impart. The choosing of recipes that take you on a journey can and should be left to a master. The culture and atmosphere are crisp as well as warm. If you want a place to unwind and meet someone for the first time, this is the place.

My friend and I had a wonderful experience at Teatopia. It was our first time visiting and the employee walked us through the menu, making recommendations as he went. He taught us a lot about the teas that were available and helped us pick options based on our tastes and preferences. His advice was very helpful! After the teas were ready, he brought them out to us and even brough a bit of extra tea that didn't fit in the cup. He listened to our feedback on the tea and, based on the aspects that we liked, brought us samples of teas that he thought would fit our palettes. This was an above and beyond customer service experience and we were very impressed! I highly recommend visiting!

Wonderful little spot. They let you smell the teas, which is a plus. The options can be overwhelming but the owner/employees do a great job explaining each tea and are able to give spot-on recommendations. Very knowledgeable. The teas always hit the spot.

This place is awesome! Be sure to check out the full menu of teas, which is so big it's in a binder! Obviously, the teas served here are high quality and interesting, as expected of a place called Teatopia. What's truly amazing is the service. My friend and I stopped by and the man working there let us smell any tea we wanted with a smile. He clearly knew a lot about tea and told us how he was brewing our teas so that if we wanted to buy leaves, we'd know the proper way to steep it ourselves. He also asked us what our second choice tea would have been and gave us samples since we were first time customers. Long story short, amazing tea, wonderful service, definitely stop in for hot tea now or tea leaves for later.

Went there before moving out of state. The guy gave me a free cup as a going away gift! Great people and good atmosphere.
