I was there for the first root canal of my life. Dr. Lin was extremely assuring and patient with me. It took a few visits since I wouldn’t stop bleeding at one point but the process was smooth and well explained throughout the surgery. Also wasn’t painful at all afterwards. I wish I never have to do another one but if it happens, I’m going back 100%

I've had two root canals at TEC. Both times, it was a very pleasant, pain free experience. I'm a difficult patient but Dr. Nawaz puts me at ease. She's gentle, professional and very talented. TEC is the ONLY place I would get a root canal at.

Okay… so I am extremely afraid of dentist. I have a huge phobia. I have to literally build myself up before I enter a dentist office. During the pandemic I had a root canal completed back home in New York. My experience was horrible. I had to go to a second dentist to assist with my procedure. Since that time, I just didn’t trust anyone with my teeth. However, I neglected the fact that I needed to get a new root canal completed on a different tooth. I kept pulling it off. I prepped myself and starting looking for Endodonists. It took me a while to find the right Endodonists. Before this appointment, I went to two different Endodonists and the vibes wasn’t right.I did my research and I decided to give Dr. Nawab and her assistant Toya a try. I was beyond pleased with the service. I did not feel any pain or discomfort. They were very gentle and reassuring and the office setting was inviting. I’m amazed with my results and I am happy that I did my research. Please disregard any tybos are errors!

I’m literally writing this as I’m leaving my FIRST EVER root canal / major dental work appointment. I have extreme dental anxiety… like I have to take anxiety meds beforehand and I’m still a crying mess once I get into the chair. Dr. Lin, Lele, and staff are truly incredible. They’re kind, patient, and concerned. Even though I was an anxious mess everyone was patient with me. Dr. Lin literally wiped my tears away with the dental bib and was constantly checking in, Lele included. I couldn’t have asked for a better staff and experience. Hopefully I’ll never have to get another root canal done but if I do I will definitely come back to TEC Endodontics.

I had an excellent experience at TEC endodontics. I came in expecting to be in pain during my root canal and I basically felt nothing the whole procedure. The service provided by the front desk staff as well as the doctors and hygienists went above and beyond. Would recommend.

Dr. Nawaz is amazing! As is her assistant Lele. I had a root canal performed on tooth number nine which had a crown on it. They were so gentle and informative and laying out all the possibilities and showing me the x-rays and just gave me amazing information. The root canal was painless, and you can see that all of her skills and studies have made her one of the top in Philadelphia. They even took an x-ray after the root canal to show me what they have done and just incredible. Google her and read her résumé it’s astonishing. I would recommend them with 10 stars if that were available.

Very pleasant experience. I went in today for a root canal with Dr. Serrano, and the process was quick and painless. The doctor explained everything to me, continually made sure I was comfortable, and provided very clear directions on post surgery care. I hope I don't have to go back for any concerning reason, but if I do I will certainly choose this practice.

It was my first time getting a root canal. I was really nervous and scared but the team at this facility was excellent in making me feel safe and comfortable. Dr. Serrano was very thorough and informative. She explained everything from start to finish. Front desk rep Kathy was very friendly and efficient with setting my appointment and making sure I had all I needed before my appointment. My overall experience from beginning to end was amazing. I wish Dr. Serrano had general dentistry services.

I was sent by my primary dentist to TEC to treat my infected root canal. Dr. Stephanie Serrano was very knowledgeable and explained every step of the procedure. She followed up after each visit with a call to make sure I wasn’t experiencing discomfort. I received a post-treatment sheet from the front desk personnel with useful tips to reduce any irritations after the procedure. Great experience overall!

I don't write many Google reviews, but I had a great experience with TEC Endodontics for an emergency root canal. Scheduling an appointment was very easy over the phone, and I got a very helpful auto-email containing forms to fill out and sign before my visit. Dr. Serrano performed the root canal, and I was extremely impressed with how communicative she was during the whole procedure, explaining exactly what she would be doing and why, taking the time to guide me through my 3D scans and x-rays, and walking me through her decision process as she progressed and completed the various stages of the root canal. She answered my silly questions with lots of professional tact, and also gave me several follow-up calls in the next few days to check up on me and see if I had any residual pain or soreness. Dr. Serrano was so great that I found myself telling all of my friends about how smoothly my root canal went! Further, the front desk was extremely helpful and prompt in rectifying a billing error for the appointment. I was initially charged full-price for a scan that was actually partially covered by my insurance, so they immediately issued a refund back onto my card to straighten it all out. Overall, TEC Endo was a great experience, and while I hope that I don't need to go back for any dental emergencies, I couldn't have asked for a better endodontist office to help me deal with a broken tooth!
