I drove to their place of business to scheduled an in office appointment to solve my computer repairs. I left the one in charge my business card and he told me his field tech would be in contact with me by days end. Although I have told him it was my business computer and it was important to me and my business. Well that was two weeks ago and I still have not received a phone call from them at all. I don't believe they should be recognized as being given one star just to post this negative review

They're too expensive on their products and offers. They try to sell everything to you or trick you into going into the store. You want to see if they have hardware instock? Come in the store. You want to see if they'll do repairs? Come in the store. You can't get a simple answer over the phone if they have it in stock. And when you DO go in the store, they'll just order it online, but it's going to cost you a little extra for them to order it. I know how to use Amazon, I'm coming to you guys because I want it now. I'm more than capable of ordering things myself.

The BEST spot to get work done on your computer or phone. This is the ONLY place I will take my gear to, to be fixed. Prices are very competitive.
