Our Mac computer suddenly died and we were not sure what exactly was wrong with it besides saying we needed to reload the operating system. I contemplated buying a brand new one but the cost was just too much. I found Tricom through Google and was put in contact with Chris who was able to give me a cost estimation before even visiting. I brought my computer in on Wednesday and it was ready the following Monday! We had a brand new hard drive put in, new operating system and one cable needed to be replaced. Only $290 total versus $1000 for a brand new computer! They were super quick and nice!

Been going there for a while and I've recommended my friends and business associates to go there instead of the Apple Store at the Mall, which in my opinion is a nightmare!

It is rare to get the superb service that was provided by Tricom. They helped me with trading in an old trusty computer and making sure my new replacement ran with no problems. They also upgraded my desktop model and made sure I had no issues. What a great experience finding such knowledgeable business people who treat you like you are special. I give them 5 stars on a 4 star system! Steven is exceptional at his job!

Fantastic service. Hard drive failure on my 8 year old Imac. Quoted a price over the phone and when I picked it up the next day thats what I payed, no surprise extra charges. Replaced it with a better hard drive and reloaded the OS. A little bit of a drive from MA, but worth the trip. Highly recommend them for quality of service and speed for Apple repairs.

When I started my own business, my first call was to Tricom. Almost immediately I had fully loaded computers for my team- set up to meet my specific needs, printers and wireless everything, completely networked, remote storage, set up to work from anywhere in the world, remote team access, asset management, web hosting... everything I need to be totally efficient with state of the art IT plus training! Any time I have an it panic- some one is either on team view with me on my computer, or in my studio within the hour. LOVE these guys. I will never go anywhere else. This is the best IT support I have ever had.
