Techs in a Sec

We have worked with Techsinasec collaboratively for over 3 years to help handle ancillary IT support services for our company's local and national client onsite IT support requirements. We have always found them to be attentive, reliable and easy to coordinate with. Highly recommended.

We had a tech look at a piece of equipment for us at one of our customers site. We have a few requirements for them to follow while onsite and their tech did not follow any of them. We escalated this to management to make sure this would not happen if we choose to use them in the future, but I have yet to get a response from them.

Technicians were good but cost is a bit pricey

Techs in a Sec has been awesome to work with from day one. They are seemingly always able to find a competent helpful tech within 48 some times even 24 hours and have proven to have a presence in every market imaginable thus far. Would definitely recommend them for any of your hands on IT needs!

Very good services. Very useful for us as we have small offices very far from our head office. With Techs In A Sec, we can quickly solve certain technical problems or install computer equipment without having to come to the site.
