I purchased a firearm through Ted's pawn that was difficult to find to say the least! I can say from the moment I walked in, I immediately felt welcomed. The emphasis that the associates placed on my customer satisfaction cannot be overstated! In the end, I walked out with a great experience, excellent firearm, no hassle, and all at a price that couldn't be beat from a family owned business!

Have to agree with other reviews here, I am not sure why they list ads online. They don't ship firearms to other dealers (if they do, they say it is not cost effective and quote you 65+ dollars for same state delivery) they don't do FFL transfers, 3 day waits on all firearms purchases, just a bunch of stupid hoops to go through. If you are driving from a long way, you are expected to make a long round trip there and back and again 3 days later instead of being met with reasonable service and having a sale at day 1. After you factor in all the bull they lead around, you might as well buy new from a local gun store. You will be close or better than their used price when it is all said and done. Minus the hoops and long distance travels

Recently made a purchase across state lines with nothing more than a telephone call. Absolutely no problems at all. Excellent transaction. Highly recommended.

Found a slightly rare Steinberger bass guitar listed at Ted's Pawn shop. Asked them for information on the instrument as well as shipping; they replied within minutes, and sent high res pics of the guitar. Since I am in NY state I had concerns about the shipping. Ted's Pawn did a great job in packing and going way beyond the extra mile in making sure the instrument reached me safely. It was exactly as the pictures showed, and I could not be happier. Thank you! Will definitely do business with them again. Five stars.

First time I have ordered a firearm online so wasn't sure how it would go. But they answered all my questions and told me exactly what I needed to do. They were very helpful and texted me several times to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
