Tendercare Pediatrics

Friendly staff. Fast wait time. Lactation consultant was extremely helpful. Pediatrician is an awesome doctor always addresses all my concerns. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a pediatric’s office.

We were about 10 minutes late but everyone was very nice and accommodating. They gave my child a physical and two vaccines. Very kind people.

The doctors there are amazing and really helpful. I take my son there, my first kid and they are always really good with answering all my questions. They really care about your kids and keeping them healthy. The staff are all really nice too. Always clean, always a short wait, and the waiting room is almost always empty or only has one other person in it. I love this pediatrician and would recommend them to anyone that asks.

We've been taking both our daughters here ever since they were newborns and we have been extremely pleased with the service, care, and attentiveness of Dr. Kiepert and her staff. The facility is very clean and modern and the staff is very adept at keeping children calm & comfortable for exams and vaccinations. Highly recommend Tendercare Pediatrics!

I have been taking my kids here for 14 years and I absolutely love it! Dr. Kiepert is one of the sweetest, most thorough, and caring doctors you will ever meet. I owe my youngest daughters life to her! She was only 17 days old and wasn't eating. I called Tendercare first thing in the morning and they had me bring her right in. The front office staff took us straight to the back and called an ambulance after examining her. Within 10 minutes of arriving at the ER she went into cardiac arrest. If they hadn't seen her so quickly, if Dr. Kiepert wouldn't have made that life saving call, my now 10 year old daughter might not be here with us! All these years later, they are still consistently wonderful! My 7 week old son is sick and we called this morning and got him an appointment same day. We barely sat down before they called us to the back. I tend to be a frantic mother at times, and the nurses and doctors are always a phone call away to answer any questions or concerns promptly. They also have an 24 hour answering service to help with any midnight worries that may arise. The waiting time is always short if not non existent. We also really love Cheryl! She always makes the kiddos smile! As I said, I have been bringing my 4 kids here their whole lives ages 14, 12, 10, and 7 weeks. I have never ONCE had a problem with this office, its doctors, nurses, or front office staff. I feel the bad reviews are completely biased and not substantiated in reality. To hear that Dr. Kiepert is unfriendly or judgmental in anyway is just 100% wrong. I trust my kids lives with these doctors and have recommended them all these years to friends and family. Still do! Thank you for all the years past and all the years to come!

I took my son here for the first time for his flu shot and they did a well check since he is a new patient. I was very happy! All the staff and the doctor was very kind and took time with my son. He is usually apprehensive around people, but they made him feel really comfortable.

Came with two toddlers and they threw packets and papers at me, called us back, demanded one be undressed and the other go get weighed and they want to check the oldest ones eyes and oh, yeah also fill out this paperwork, too all at the same time all within 5 minutes, I was shaking and sweating and trying so hard to keep up with them. Oh, and my baby is walking around with a needle cap suddenly. Not only dangerous if she swallowed it but it sure makes me wonder where the needles themselves might he laying around. I'm sure they are fine normally. They reassured me I only needed to come 10min early but I feel like I should have come wayyy earlier. I imagine the doctor is fine, I left at the needle cap. I havent been that flustered and rushed in a very long time. Hello, Anxiety! Goodbye Tendercare.

I love tendercare pedi. I've moved out of the state so they are no longer our PCD and i miss them dearly I have a 4 and 1 yr old and I've been with them since they were born. My 4yr was so comfortable coming here he knew the staff and everything since they basically seen him grow up, he would be excited to go even if it wasn't his check up. I love how friendly and bubbly Cheryl and Brenda were and the trust they build with my kids. If i move back I'm definitely going back to them and I recommend parents its hard to find a good and caring Dr.

Have been bringing my sons to this pediatrician for the last one year, we have never been late until today when I had to wait for my 1st son to use the bathroom. We got thr exactly 15min past the appointment time and we were told the doctor can not see us we have to reschedule..... really??? I believe every parent understands the little things that can happen when you have toddlers that mayt delay you from getting to an appointment at the right time. Every doctor have been to, especially for kids have at list 15-30min grace period. Am so disappointed that I had to put alot of things on hold today to take my son to the doctor only to be turned down because we where 15min late yet we go to this office and spend more than an hour waiting before we even see a doctor.

I have 3 kids and have been going there for 10 years already. They are awesome!!! Staff is very kind and friendly. They really care about your kids. If your kids are sick they call you a day after to check on them. I would highly recommend them.
