He is an amazing Doctor! I have had 3 surgeries, spinal fusions, and have been amazed what a caring and talented Doctor he absolutely is! My first 2 surgeries were almost 8 yrs ago where 2 discs in my neck and 1 in my lower back had popped out and had almost completely shut my spinal canal. My last surgery was a yr ago where 2 more discs had degenerated in my neck. I still need one more surgery in my lower back. I tell you this because if he does not see immediate danger, he is NOT a Doctor who just pushes for surgery! I am truly amazed and grateful for his unbelievable gifted ability and compassion! I TRUST HIM WITH MY HEALTH AND LIFE! 😇💖! Bari Brandon.

Dr. Shibayama is the best doctor I have ever been to. He always listens, I mean truly listens, to all your complaints, and never gives you the feeling you are just "imagining" the pain, or difficulty of movement. He truly has a huge commitment of helping you to be better. He also has a terrific nurse, Christine, and she is so helpful, and always has a smile on her face. Both of them seem to feel your pain and have true interest in helping their patients. The is no better team in medicine as far as I am concerned. I am an RN and have worked, and seen, several doctors in my field and Dr. Shibayama is the very best. I highly recommend him if you need a spine specialist.

Dr. Shibayama is the Best! I had a spinal fusion last June; all of my visits leading up to the spinal surgery and the care I received by Dr. Shibayama and his staff post-surgery was outstanding! He has a great personality and steady hands :-). I highly recommend him for your spinal surgical needs.

I knew I had no worries. The doctor and surgical staff before and after made sure I knew all was ok. I've had more than ten surgeries and am a good judge of the entire process. If you are needing advice and possible surgery you could do no better than Dr. Shibayama and the TOA staff.

Dr Shibayama did a terrific job on my sergury. I recommend him to anyone that is having back problems. I have no more pain. Very caring.
