They were in Elizabethtown, KY in the parking lot of the Towne Mall. I couldn't have been more disappointed by the staff. I had to go out of my way to interact with them. None of them were friendly. When I went to buy a certain amount of tickets to ride the rides with my daughter it's like the person behind the booth wasn't even paying attention to what I was saying. They just took my money and gave me the amount of tickets that would have bought when I had asked for less tickets. I watched a child jump out in the middle of riding the bumper cars and try to go to another car. I had to make a hard right not to hit them. When I tried to say something to the staff that was supervising the ride they acted like they couldn't hear me. A lack of care with rides that could hurt someone is dangerous.
