Texas Art Supply

I LOVE the selection of sketchbooks, colored pencils, and pens! The prices are great and so are the cashiers. It’s a fantastic local business that every artist in Houston should visit at least once. They also have a student discount which makes this place even more fantastic!!

Texas Art supply is older than I am and that's beginning to mean something. Locally owned and legendary for employing local artists and vagabonds; Texas Art is basically a toy store for Artists. They have an incredible inventory featuring custom framing and canvas stretching, paint from oil to water color at the low to high end of the spectrum. They also sell a uniquely large selection of pens, spray paint and chalk markers including crazy things like stationary ink markers which appear only under black light. It's a great place for serious artists as well as just a cool place to get lost in with your family over a weekend outing.

So many items there that I would love to have and to use. It's an artist's Paradise. I'd love to have one of every item.....two organizations three of others. You'll be pleasantly pleased when you visit Texas Art Supply ! I Love it !!!

Really friendly service. I get my origami paper from here and it's decently priced. The store is neat and organized.
