My friends recommended this salon because they had an awesome experience here. Having a good haircut can make wonders with a person’s confidence. My haircut did the opposite. And the sad thing is I can not do anything to alleviate it since it is so short. I asked for a Asymmetrical haircut, showed her a photo and I mentioned to the hairdresser that I want to have volume at the back to make my hair look thicker. The haircut made it look flatter. I just hate it. My head looks compartmentalized, short/layered at the back and then long at the sides. I just don’t understand this haircut. And I also had my hair colored. The color is uneven. Instead of feeling wonderful and beautiful, I feel so sad. It’ll take months to grow my hair. I am not one to complain but I just feel bad. Maybe it was not a good day for me.

Not happy asked for a stylist that understood wavy curly hair and how it needs to be layered was just assigned to first stylist that arrived. Was too much for a partial and cut. Stylist did not ask me about my old cut which was done wrong and cut my hair along the same lines and flat ironed my hair for a fee which was not disclosed when I prefer it wavy. I will try somewhere else in the area.

Great place. They always do a great job for me. They're also very good and patient with my kids.
