Let me start by saying I have long thick hair that I keep very dark. I got my hair colored at this location only once but the color did not fade what so ever! I have my hair cut here on numerous occasions by a different stylist a few times a year and they always do a good job. I never ask for a drastic cut bc I’m growing my hair longer but they always seem to be able to handle it. If I wanted extreme color or a drastic cut I’d probably aim for a 5 Star salon somewhere downtown in Houston but that’s bc I’m extremely picky and over protective of my hair; that being said, I have no complaints about this salon.

I would rate this place a negative if Google would let me. I booked an appointment at 3 PM & waited for 30 mins so that the receptionist could tell me that I would have to wait bc the hairstylist put her COUSINS appointment on my time slot after I had mine all set. I obviously came in 2 hours ahead to make this appointment so why would she go and book someone on top of me? They most definitely need to work on customer service if they ever want to get new customers!

Love, love, Love stylist AJ and Keith I have been a customer since 2007 and have never had a problem with AJ and when she is not there Keith is my go to now always! love them, color, cut, never have to worry with them!

AJ is the absolute BEST !! Nobody else has done my hair in the past 6+ years. My Aunt comes from Louisiana to get her hair cuts by AJ.
