Parents beware. Do not take your children here. I sent my husband with a picture of a haircut for my 8 year old and the person that cut his hair destroyed it. It was nothing fancy, we just wanted it short around the ears and neck, and left longer on the top. As my husband got angry, they asked him to leave while my child was still in the chair. They also told my husband that Pro-Cuts might be able to fix it. I just wanted to make sure other parents don't make the same mistake we made.

I check website and it says open til 7pm so I call to make a appointment even though I can just walk in but I call for 3 child trims for school and I say I need to make a appointment and the lady says...."well I'm closing early" so I say oh ok well how early is early and then I was told......" ummm like right now"....sorry and I was like oh wow ok. So very unprofessional there and little bit rude.
