They completely botched my hair. I cant even look at myself in the mirror and cry every time I have to do my hair I don’t even want to leave my house. I usually never care about the haircuts I get I always get trims n light layers n then go on my way. But this lady chopped off all my hair and gave me all these unnecessary layers on my bangs n front of my hair. I either look like I have some kind of 80s mullet or an emo kid from 2006. They need to slowdown and cut hair right and not try n cut it as fast as they can n rush everyone out. She did it so fast I didn’t even have time to correct her. .

This pic of Pinterest is what I asked for and that’s NOT what I got. I grew my hair out for OVER 6 months and at least I could have gotten the same hair cut on both sides. I didn’t even get that. Omg if i didn’t have my kids with me I would have acted real ignorant.

I've been to this place multiple times. Not only myself by my sisters and nephews. We've NEVER had any issues. The staff is always friendly and attentive. It throws me off to read so many bad review regarding this location. Again, my family and I have never had any issues here. I highly recommend this place because of my own experience here.
