Texas Rice Festival

I did not actually attemd the Rice Festival, I just was on the grounds where it is held. The facilities were nice.

It's alot of fun for the kids, great food and very good entertainment!!

We went together as a group of twelve and were so disappointed. I paid over 100 to get in including the all day passes and so many rides were closed and the attitude from the employees was unbelievably rude. A Hispanic man working the Ferris wheel didn’t speak English and kept telling us we owed him five tickets by throwing up five fingers on his hand even though we had all day passes, he actually slammed the gate in my child’s face. Everything requires cash and their ATM machine charges you five bucks every time you use it. Trash and litter was everywhere and it was an overall disgusting experience. No food was even ready until around 1 om. We tried to get a manger several times but had no luck. I will never go back. I don’t suggest this place to anyone.
