Wonderful event for the whole family. Lots if different vendors. Great for shopping for unique gifts and antiques. Lots of historical exhibits and  you can tour an old cotton gin and watch them actually make cane syrup like they did in the old days.

So this celebrates the fact that syrup used to be made in Henderson. There is one spot where you can see how it was made and another spot where you can purchase old ribbon cane style molasses like they used to make in Henderson. There is no other syrup at this festival. Everything else is designed to take your money.
