TF Cornerstone

Rude, ungrateful, unkind. I have lived in a TFC Cornerstone building for over two years and have found the management to be extremely rude and ungrateful. I have paid my rents on time every single time without any problems; management jacked up rent and offered no sympathy, was unresponsive when I asked for a review of the lease terms. Even after that, I still had the audacity to recommend the apartment to a friend. Friend moved in and management refused to provide me with the $2,000 referral credit that they offer for referrals. Along with that, management was rude and ungrateful in their rejection. Disappointed in management entirely.

Building manager Hristo Nikolov is awful and not responsible. He didn’t tell tenant useful information or reply email timely. Waste tenant time, we request move out process and inspection, he didn’t tell us all , called several times to book elevator , hey did not get everything ready, after we moved out, he replied email say we didn’t sign key release form. We didn’t do that or this. TFC apartment is good, but building manager is awful. Don’t rent this location. Choose another TFC one.

Leasing specialists in the headquarters are poor at communication… they dragged on my renewal for two weeks because she had no idea how the policies were discontinued.

Center Blvd is great. Building staff are attentive/response. I thought my rent increases were fair. Said to be moving on. Will miss the people and the view.

Exceeded Expectations..... Best in Class Company. Highly professional. No issues at all; any questions or concerns I had were met with a prompt a and helpful response.
