Worst service on the planet. Bought a $7500 ice cream machine (less than 2 years old) and it has been worked on over a dozen times. Corporate had to finally send someone out from Mississippi to fix it. Now the same part goes out every 9 months like clockwork. Went to renew the service contract but they won't let me (even though corporate said no problem). They lie, they don't call or mail out invoices when they said they did. They sold me a lemon ice cream machine and had to go to corporate to get it fixed finally. Hate this company, worst customer service and nothing but liars. Stay away from them at all costs!!!!!
