These people care about you...... they made my order so simple and over delived on the time of my delivery. They were even modist about my cost they thought I wanted to spend, and told them to double it........ you cant go wrong with them........ thank you TGI Flowers

Went into there to get my boutineer and crosage ordered for my prom, and the nice lady was able to get it for me the next day for only 34.99! (Around town they are asking for 50-80$ so it's a pretty good price) Roses could be a little bigger, but for the price I am very happy with it!

Where do I start? This is the Mother's Day Bouquet my mom received. I asked for something pretty with roses and hydrangeas. (I was calling from Florida.) Spent $90.00 by the time delivery was added in. This looked liked a child threw it together. Ugliest thing I have ever seen. One of the hydrangeas was dead. I was mortified! I called TGI and told them and the owner actually wanted my mother to drive the arrangement back in. Mind you, she is 83 and it is MOTHER'S DAY! He said he would not refund my money until he got the arrangement back. He then called my mother on the way to church and wanted her to turn around and put it at the front door. She explained she was on her way to church. He was very rude to her! Only positive is that I did get my money back. Think twice before using this florist! Worst experience ever!!!
