“If there was a way to give VIP FLORAL DESIGNS more than 5 stars I totally would! Prior to randomly finding VIP Floral through a friend’s social media page, I had met with a few other florists in the area and simply couldn’t find the “right fit”. However, after meeting Adelina for the first time, I was hooked! Adelina has such a skill to truly get to know her brides, their vision, and how to guide them so their wedding turns out even better than they imagined! Despite seeing her beautiful pictures online and in her albums, I was blown away by the immaculate job she did for our wedding! Our wedding flowers were truly one of my favorite parts of the wedding, and I still love looking back at all of the beautiful pictures. Adelina also works very hard to give brides options that deliver the look they are after while staying in their budget as well. She is nothing but professional, prompt, and simply a dream to work with! I honestly cannot say enough positive things about VIP Floral Designs! VIP FLORAL DESIGNS did an amazing job on my wedding. My bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, centerpieces, orthodox candles, everything was fantastic. This experience was awful. It all started with a simple phone call. This rude lady answered the phone and from the start was very rude with her "Hello". I continued to asked ask a very simple question about delivery and she proceeded to tell me they don't do that and when I was processing another way to deliver my flowers she started yelling on the phone making me feel like an idiot for asking the question in the first place. I wad going to purchase flowers from here, but not with this nasty service and bad attitude, it might taint my flowers.
