DO NOT ISE THIS FLORIST! As a surprise my boyfriend ordered flowers to be delivered on my birthday. They called me the day before to confirm my address which they had correct and ruined the surprise. Then they delivered them on the wrong day even after i confirmed the correct date with them. To make it worse the long stem roses were at the end of their bloom when i received them so they barely lasted 2 days.

I buy my Mom flowers 2 to 3 times a year and she sends me a picture of them every time she receives them. Today was the first time I received a picture that looked just like the picture online. I will definitely be using A-Apple Blossom again in the future.

Absolutely terrible. Horrible customer service. Driver is clearly lying about his delivery attempts and the owner blames the customer and defends her driver. This lady was so blatantly rude to me over the phone when I told her there was no possible way her driver rang my doorbell today since I have been home all morning waiting in silence for the flowers. She had the nerve to respond saying "what was my driver supposed to do break your window so he could leave you your flowers? You didn't answer the door so he left!" NEVER use this lady's floral shop. She shouldn't even have one to begin with.
