I live out of state and have used Flowers by Michelle for a handful of years, to send flowers to my dear sister and dear niece who live in Las Vegas.
I typically have something in mind and they have suggested a designer choice to me, which I have gone with. 
Their designers have created something beautiful and unique each and every time.
Beautiful arrangements, on time delivery and 
superior customer service.
They will always be my go to!

Beautiful flowers, and the delivery was prompt. They also have excellent customer service, I had a question about substitutions and they called me back without me even asking, so they could answer my questions even more. Awesome. Definitely will patronize again!

I live in a neighboring state and have been looking for a reliable and high quality florist in Vegas for several years.  I have finally found them!  I have never been disappointed in their service, quality of flowers or design.  Highly recommend them.

I ordered a daisy bouquet for my sister on their website and as their disclaimer says flowers may be substituted, Michelle went the extra mile and called me to let me know she was out of certain white  daisies and would replace with different white daisies. I live in Florida and my sister just moved to Vegas so I wouldn't have known had she substituted the flowers, I appreciate it so much because other florists wouldn't have done that. The daisy bouquet was so beautiful, flowers were fresh and my sister loved it, daisies are her favorite flower. Thank you Michelle for taking the time to call me to make sure I was satisfied.  I found a great florist who cares about her customers. If you want beautiful flowers, great customer service call Flowers by Michelle, you will not be disappointed!

Ordered online for a special friend who lives in Las Vegas. Flowers were delivered on time. My friend sent me a picture of the flower arrangement. She said they were hands down the most beautiful flowers she has ever received! They went above and beyond with the quality and customer service too. I called the shop the day before to check on my order and everything was perfect. Thank you for making this a special day for her. Highly Recommend!!
