The food was very delicious. Any discrepancies the waiter got them quickly handled. The service was decent and I enjoyed the environment. It wasnt overcrowded and no wait time.

Whoa. I truly did not enjoy this location for several reasons. For starters, I called while I was in the parking lot to see if there was a wait. The staff member asked me for the number of people in my party and I replied with 5. He then said oh there’s no wait. When I walked in, someone else greeted me and stated that the wait was 30min. He said that a lot of people came in seconds before I walked in. I don’t believe that happened that fast but I accepted the wait. After being seated, the waitress took our appetizer and drink order. One of us ordered lemonade and another ordered strawberry lemonade. She returned with just one strawberry lemonade because the lemonade machine “ran out”. The strawberry lemonade tasted strange so we canceled them both and opted for water. Later, we received our appetizers but requested additional plates and a reminder to bring the waters. We waited for so long that the appetizers started to get cold. We decided to spread napkins in the table to act as plates for the kids. By this time, we were annoyed and still without water. Finally, someone from the back came over with 4 plates but the appetizers were gone by that time. The waitress took our order and received another reminder about the waters. We were dying of thirst. Some of us never received a drink and others needed a refill at that point. While waiting, I decided to use the bathroom and it was disgusting. It smelled horrible and you can tell it was not cleaned often. I decided against using it and hoped that our food/drinks arrived. It hadn’t. After more than an hour, we received our food. The kids meals were fine. The adult meals were burnt. We also still have not received our drinks. Once the waitress came back, we just sent the adult meals back and asked for them to remove those items as well as the lemonades from our bill. The appetizers were good but It was not a pleasant experience. I’m not sure why the service was so slow considering the place was not packed several tables around us were empty as evidenced by my picture. Though I was pretty disappointed in the place, I still tipped my waitress 15% because she was kind I usually tip 20%. Maybe they offer better/faster service during the daytime. Nevertheless, I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Fridays is always been my go to place. I always get the sizzling chicken and shrimp. It’s always taste great and it’s always sizzling. I love their mixed drinks as well they’re always prepared well and just enough alcohol. This location is really nice it’s big and always clean and the staff is always so warm and friendly. It’s been a little bit slower lately so I hope nothing happens to this place. Love all of their food and I’ve always had such a wonderful experience.

The food was nasty. Food had no flavor and my girl food was dry with no sauce. We ate it Obviously. But we will never be coming back here. How can u serve salmon with no sauce and broc with no butter not even water from the pan i cant.

We went here for dinner and what a mistake. My husband and i ordered the whisky glaze fajitas. It was tasteless. The worst fajitas we ever had. The steak was dry and hard and the chicken wasnt chicken breast more processed than anything. The drinks tasted like they had no liquor in them. Our son ordered the full ribs. He said they were ok. Our granddaughter had chicken strips and fries. The strips were the best tasting thing out of everything. If you have no tastebuds than this is the best place for you to eat. When we left my husband threw up all his food. And the drinks we had was flooded with ice. Will never go back to any TGIF at all. The pucture shows how dry the steak was.

The manager Tina is just full of integrity and honor. When a incidental charge was made for an order intended for another customer, she quickly fixed it. Like she stated would happen, the money was promptly put back into the account within a 24-48 hour time period. The ambiance of the place is very fun. Really do enjoy that. Meet some decent servers and bartenders here over the past years. Food is always delicious here as well. Highly recommend.

Me and my homeboy went here for a quick bite. Food was good and hot. Enjoyed the food very much. The service was cool. I could tell they probably were short staffed and trying to stay afloat service wise. The long Island ice teas are amazing!

Although we had to spend almost an hour for the food to come, all the dishes were tasty and warm. I don’t mind to wait for awhile but hope it gets better next time!

The best steak around here! Pickup was easy and the food was still hot and fresh even though I was late to get it!

We arrived right at noon. Every booth in our section had empty ketchup bottles from the night before. They served plastic forks and knives in plastic wrap instead of silverware. Salad dressing and salsa for chips were served in plastic to-go containers with plastic lids on them. Our kids pastas were served with marinara when we asked for butter only, then it took another 30 minutes before the correct food came out. The only reason that it's 2 stars instead of 1 is because the beer was cold.
