The Rec Room

What an amazing music club. Sets a new bar for experiencing live music in the Mid-Atlantic region. It's first-rate and world-class. Sound quality was perfect and surpasses the 9:30 Club - which is nearly impossible to do - AND the space is just the right size. Been to the Paradiso in Amsterdam which is the holy grail of live music for a room this size and this is in that league. It's big enough to accommodate fans while still feeling intimate. I went to see the awesome Kurt Deemer Band with no idea of what to expect and I was frankly blown away. Every staff member was on top of their game and great, the seating, the lighting, drinks, as mentioned sound quality makes this THE venue to see live music at. I will be back.

I spoke with someone on the phone earlier her name was Kelly, she was extremely unprofessional, rude, and super unhelpful. This place would be a lot better if they hired hospitable people who were not jumping to get argumentative with their customers.

Firecracker shrimp was really good not too spicy. It was the perfect amount of heat. Really good I would definitely eat again!

Awesome place to grab some great food and drinks. Great atmosphere!! Definitely recommend. They also have a concert theater next door. So, if the show is not sold out you can buy a ticket and see a live show on Fri-Sun.

Wow, what a transformation the Rec Room in Towson! Completely renovated. If the food is half as good as the appearance this place will be spectacular

The gentleman with the glasses who is the greeter/usher is the best. Such a warm welcome everytime always a fun time!

We decided to have dinner here simply because we were going to see a concert next door. Of course the restaurant was quite busy. The service was not good. After about an 1 1/2 we never received our food. A few others who were in close proximity of us in the concert told us that they had finally received their food and it wasn't good . So it was a win, after all.

Definitely a college bar. Lots of kids. Stagg was friendly but could have used another bartender or two. Wait for a drink was a long.

Burger was well done not med well, the French fries were so overcooked they cracked when you bent them. To pay $16.00 not to eat was unbelievable. Could not return have to work. Do not due carryout unless you check your purchase.
