Customers service is awful. The printer supply chain is awful. Trying to get anything done with them a true hassle. You have to have a massive contract of ten large color copiers to get auto delivery of ink otherwise, you have to live with the fact that you won’t have ink until you place a supply order. Copier only provides one error message which anyone can bypass so in an office of multiple people, this poses an obvious problem. Also the portal online doesn’t allow for ordering replacement cartridges so what’s the point of the portal.

I work for one of the hospitals that TGI is partners with, and I would like to say that the support has been outstanding. We needed some of our MFDs to be working asap, and in the downtime, the team there was able to fix the problems very quickly. The continued support has been a life saver for folks like myself who work at the medical field.

By far the best copier company we have used! Great support and staff. Our agent Sean G was helpful and guided us to a fantastic recommendation on a copier.

We cannot say anything but AMAZING things about TGI. Our direct sales representatives, Roman and Thomas, and everyone else at TGI have always gone the extra mile to help us with anything. Their attentiveness, expertise and building those relationships with us are just a couple of reasons why we continue to do business with them. We currently have two schools with fully equipped RIOCH boards and RIOCH printers we are utilizing. I would highly recommend them.
