Everyone is so friendly that I really enjoy my time there. I have natural nails and the service is excellent. Also the pedicures are great too. The shop is decorated in very good taste. Hannah became a good friend to me. Bobbie

I have been goinf here for 5 years. They do a great job and can always get me in, even if I call at the last minute.

Update to owners response: wow, how rude. I did find a better salon and as you can see from the owners response and big ego they clearly lack customer service/ satisfaction especially for a “high-end” salon. Unprofessional. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else where they value customer satisfaction. I have been getting acrylic nails for 8 years and I have worked at a nail salon for 4. I recently had to change nail salons and I’ve been doing my research looking for the best reviewed nail salon so I decided to come here. I was hoping I could become a loyal customer to Thao Beauty Salon since the staff is super nice especially the receptionist and atmosphere is calm and clean but I have spent $130 at this place in less then 2 weeks and I’m not satisfied with my nails at all. ( I did get my hair cut by Carmen and it’s the best hair cut I ever got, I might come back for her she was so wonderful and caring about my curls) Anyways, I got my full set Oct. 11th. By Hannah (sweet girl). The nail shape and polish work was beautiful but unfortunately on Oct.15th 4 Days later my pinkie nail lifted from the base and popped off. I decided to take off the polish and check my nails since it’s odd the nail lifted so quickly. EVERY single nail was lifted, I was so scared I was going to get fungus so I scheduled for a refill 9 Days later. My nails didn’t even last more then a week and 2 Days. I told them about the issue and they didn’t offer any accommodations, I don’t have a problem paying more since it’s a high end salon as long as I’m getting what I paid for, especially since I’m a college student so money is a little tight. I ended up paying full price for my refill but my nails were BEAUTIFUL ! But not even 4 Days later a nail lifted from the base AGAIN and popped off, at the time I was driving and scratched my eyebrow lol but it just popped off like a glued nail from Walmart... I called and they fixed it for me for free which I’m grateful for. Unfortunately after they fixed that nail the very NEXT day another came off the same way. In less then 5 Days after my refill 2 nails were lifted and fell off. I called and I was told “ Maybe acrylics weren’t for me” ? She probably didn’t mean it in a bad way but I was unsatified with my service and I wasn’t offered any accommodation. I then stated I might come in and get them taken off , they said they charge $15. I have been to nail salons in the MALL where the customer service is horrible and they charge $15 less for all services and my nails have lasted longer then this place. I really hoped this was the nail salon I was going to love and spend all my money at but I guess not. I’m so disappointed I wish they wouldn’t have charged me a leg and an arm for going back to fix THEIR mistake. Sorry Thao Beauty I guess this place isn’t for me.

Very relaxing environment. Pedicures are great. It would be helpful if customers were allowed to tip with card when paying credit or debit.
