Can't say enough good things about Ulta. They have all of the official salon products in one place (seriously, just about any brand you could think of), they run deals all the time, they have an AWESOME rewards program that is amazing for regular customers. The Wilkes Barre store in particular also has great customer service-I bought a $200 hair dryer, tried it out and did not like it for the price. The return process was so simple, no difficulty at all, I simply told them I didn't like it and got my money refunded. Love this store!
