Ulta Beauty

I hesitate to rate our local Ulta too high. Honestly today I did get very good service, but only after speaking with several associates. In addition, there was no one at the salon counter to assist me with an appointment I wanted to make. I actually scheduled elsewhere. I will say there is alot of merchandise to browse and the store is well kept. The biggest problem is poor to no customer service at times.

Good store and talented staff, but I was at the check out and the products I purchased were BOGO 50% Off, and I specifically asked the cashier, Karissa, if the products came off the total 50% off, and she said yes. I brushed it off as in my math was wrong. I got home, checked the receipt, and both of the products were normal price. I am very upset, as I can get the same products at Target for $3 less EACH. I will be returning the products and not going back to this location.

Great selection of makeup and all the stuff the ladies need. Plus an awesome selection of men’s and women’s fragrances to boot.

Very good I loved all the people there. Even once dumpster dived there it was decent. Didn't save none cause it was all kinda junk. But it was fun, the store isnt huge but its a nice size. Very good products and options I fidnt think it would fulfill every thing on my list. But somehow I got everything on my list and lots more. The people there are so good at their jobs they easilly could get the devil to by church. I mean like I walked out there with more things then I needed but it was all good useful stuff I might buy again. I dont know if I sound rude saying I walked out with more than I need but it was fun trying out those new things.
