My niece was sent out with a wet head from this place with no bag over here head or anything (it was cold and rainy that night; she was fittin' to get her haired dyed). And they shoved out the door in this condition because they ran out of time, and we were to make another appointment, that they would not charge us to come back. 1. We should have got our money back for that appointment (which I believe my mother did). 2. We would NOT have paid for the next one anyways. 3. WHY WOULD YOI SEND A 7 YEAR OLD OUT THE DOOR ANYWAYS?! I always came to Empire for all my hair needs....not so much after this escapade.

Tried to go in as a walk in and was told that without an appointment they would not assist me unless i waited an hour and might be able to grt a hair cut which was no gaurantee after i called several time to make sure it was ok to just walk in the lady at the front seemed very annoyed with me just walking in and she came of extremely rude.

The staff and hairdressers are very friendly, I just noticed that the senior hairdresser I came across to doesnt look like he is a senior, looks like he is still a student, but he tried his best and friendly.

Great atmosphere and the staff makes you feel welcome and accomodates your needs. Fast convenient and always available when you need any service completed.
