Michelle in the prestige department was fantastic. I had my almost 2 year old with me and Michelle set her up with her own chair and provided crayons and a coloring book while I expired different foundation options. When my toddler wanted to me just like mom, Michelle gave her a clean set of makeup brushes to play with. Exceptional customer service and I left with a happy toddler and all the products I needed.

I called to say I would be 10 minutes late, and was told it was no problem. My appointment was at 10:00am, which is the same time the store opened. I drove 25 minutes, and ended up being an additional 5 minutes late due to heavy traffic that day. When I walked I was told I was 15 minutes late, but called and said 10 minutes, so they couldn’t take me, and I would have to come back at 2:30. Why no one told me over the phone that any more than 10 minutes would result in a cancellation is beyond me. Why no one contacted me when 10:10 has passes to say don’t bother coming just shows lousy customer service.

Wonderful staff that are very helpful. Great selection of beauty product. The Ulta line is truly amazing and priced with people on a budget in mind, but doesn't sacrifice quality.

The staff at this location is amazing. They made my daughter and I feel like absolute family today,. They were all knowledgeable, competent, and incredibly helpful.
