Had high hopes but just wasn't for me. Which sucks because I love pizza and finding new spots. Ordered a NY style and a Chicago, not bad but neitherwas anything special. Sorry, just not for me, I guess.
Stopped in for the first time. Pretty good food. Service was great. Was not too impressed with the waitress who took our order and whatnot but the other ladies who kept checking in on us were great. Also the young man was doing an amazing job as well. Garlic appeared to be put on pizza after it was fired. Not sure if thats how they do their garlic or not. I am used to the garlic softened a bit from it cooking with the pizza or preroasted, not fresh, raw and hard. They forgot to put the anchovies on my pizza but brought me some out after. I need to know what brand these are so I can get them for my house. Best anchovies I can recall ever eating. Will definitely eat here again when I pass through the area.
Absolutely amazing Chicago deep dish. Takes 45 minutes to make but well worth it. Friendly staff and just down right good pizza
Absolutely AMAZING!! The Chicago style pizza was great! Pizza fries and fried pickles were delicious with huge servings and the staff was friendly. Lauren was an amazing server. A++++
Loved our first experience. Grandson and I enjoyed the food..lots more than just pizza. Food was great, service was great. Our pizza photo is posted.
The pizza pretzel is really good. I'm a fan of soft pretzels, and the addition of cheese and pepperoni is nice. As far as the pizza, I got the muffaletta and it was good. The crust on their deep dish isn't exactly like what I've had in Chicago, but in this case that is a compliment. Rather than just thick and bready, it is crispy and a bit flakey on the outside and warm and soft on the inside. It is difficult to describe, but very good. Service and environment are good also. I'll go back whenever I want a deep dish pizza.
Amazing food is no doubt …but the family owned atmosphere is old school classic! We were in town for the night and it was the perfect experience!!!
Great pizza! We had the Meat Lover's New York style and it was yummy. The fried ravioli appetizer was good too. Natalie is a great waitress and recommended lots of items on the menu. So we have to definitely go back to try more...lasagna, chicken parm, and all of their seafood!
I'm From Chicago and moved to Texas and am here on business now. This is the Closest thing I have had to Chicago Deep Dish Pizza in 12 years.
We went to this restaurant for a school fundraiser. Yes, it was very busy given the circumstances. We were standing waiting for a seat for approximately 30 minutes when the hostess took our order as we were standing. We were eventually seated and got our drinks. Waiting, for our food for about 20 more minutes after waiting the prior 30 I asked the girl who we put our order in where the appetizer was said she never placed our order in the back at this point it is 7:26 we would have to wait another 45 minutes, they close at 8, for the Chicago style pizza. I then asked to speak to the owner who came to apologize but did not offer to give us any sort of compensation for what just happened. This was a very unprofessional way to handle the situation. We enjoy this place very much, but unfortunately we will no longer be going because of the way things were handled tonight.
