Super versatile, clean but unique turn of the century warehouse spaces. Requires a DOB TPA and NY SLA liquor license permitting, but both are easy to get for the location. Staff is responsive, helpful and friendly.

One of my favorite venues in terms of warehouse events. There are multiple rooms and plenty of space.

Very nice location and operation, been here on two occasions, can’t wait to go back for Carola and Tenaglia; a must go if you like the warehouse aesthetic

I went to an Urban Daddy event here the space was well utilized. There was a stage in which a band performed, 2 large fully stocked bar and an outdoor area. The exposed brick gives it a rusyic feeling.

Went to technopolis. Amazing location nice undergroundy warehouse looks.

Always hood events in this literal cement box. Gets hot in the summer with no ac.
