Worst job in history. Supposedly Mike is the main boss, all I can say is he has no employee sense let alone how to manage a crew. And you don't have employees sign there papers 2 months later for employee hand book and scope of company policy. Biggest joke in town!!!   you had a great manager before you let him go maybe you should listen to your employees before sending them down the road.

It blows my mind that this is supposed to be a charity. I was harassed with three calls in a row today as well as part of a voice message after I repeatedly ignored the calls. It was incredibly unprofessional, and if I did live in Idaho, I would make a point to donate to anyone besides this business.

Great place to work. Everyone is extremely nice and supportive. Does great for the community and the PEOPLE they serve.
