EDIT: The last time I was in this was already better. Thanks! Seems to me these folks always do good work. If you drive a diesel Mercedes that's getting on in years, it's your only option, aside from paying double or triple at the Mercedes dealership. As a reputable shop in a niche market, they stay super busy, yeah, okay, I respect that. My one star off is for the overly optimistic scheduling and the tendency to drop the ball on communicating, which can leave you feeling like a beggar rather than a customer. I have several times been without my car for several days and over a weekend before being able to take the preliminary step of authorizing work. If that's just how it is, I need to start planning appropriately I guess! And truth be told I AM a beggar, as I absolutely cannot do without them. Just don't love feeling like we both know it.
