5/4/18. In the below statement I mentioned how appreciative I was that Mr. Bartinik took time out of his day to help me. After Mr. Bartinik helped me he told me if I needed more help in dealing with child custody matters I should contact his wife Lori Bartinik. Well it turns out I did need more help and I had to contact Mrs. Bartinik and the only word I have to describe her is AMAZING!! I have been divorced from my ex-wife for almost 11 years and for the first time I had a lawyer that truly cared about me. She instantly made me feel like I was important and that what I had to say mattered. My ex-wife is a Police Officer and she often tries to use that against me, but Lori did not back down for a second. In times when I was confused she took the time to explain things to me and it truly meant a lot to my wife and I. Words will never explain how much my family and I appreciate Mrs. Bartinik. Thank you once again Lori!!! Mr. Bartinik was very helpful and willing to take time out of his day to answer my questions. In the future, if I need an attorney again I will seek more advice from The Bartinik Law Firm. Thank you again.

Peter Bartinik Helped a lot in Resolving misdemeanour case moving it to AR case. i had so many questions employment, Immigration. he always told me different options which i can purse also suggested which 1 is better to address my case. Even after getting into AR program i was in need of documents to keep my Job, Peter Bartinik quickly replied and provided me with the documents. it was great working with Peter Bartinik. i would recommend to Peter Bartinik for any of the people i know who needs a attorney

Absolutely Amazing!!!!!!! Peter Bartinik Jr. was able to assist me with two criminal court matters. 1) Dissolving a standing criminal protective order; and 2) Terminating probation approx. 3 years early. Attorney Bartinik spent more time than expected working on my case, and was patient while working with the judge and the district attorney at GA 10. In the end, the criminal protective order was completely removed, and my probation was terminated 3 years early, thus allowing me to begin the pardon process. I could not have achieved these results without Mr. Bartinik advocating on my behalf. Additionally, Attorney Bartinik is also representing me in a civil matter. Whether it is civil or criminal, he is thorough, and takes the time to explain every detail to me in a manner in which I understand. I am grateful to have him and his law firm working on my behalf. His legal assistant, Abby is beyond helpful and intelligent when assisting me with any questions that I have. She immediately answers all my questions, or found the answers and got back to me within 24 hours. You honestly could not ask for a better law firm to work in your best interest.
