The iced coffee was very strong and very flavorful

The bean needs to be more consistent with their bagels. Delicious when fresh, but sometimes not. Also, the cream cheese quantity is totally random! Almost never enough. Please help!!!

The wifi expires every 15 minutes, so you’d need to buy something new every 15 minutes to actually us the wifi. Otherwise it’s a fine space with decent coffee. It’d be good for reading or chatting with a friend.

They have really good banana bread. If they can put more taste for example Balsamic Vinaigrette in the Mozzarella sandwich, it will be great.

I love the Bean and come here all the time but with the recent Covid spike I just want to let people know and bring it to the establishment's attention that the baristas here do not check for vaccine cards for indoor dining. At all. Extremely lax and dangerous.

Good selection of desserts. Friendly staff. A bit crowded on weekends, but everyone does their own thing.

The Beans at different locations around the East Village show the ideal way how a small-sized franchise can excel with the well-managed service, quality standards and its own creation of fascinating menu line-ups. It is absolutely awesome to have this kind of coffee place in the neighborhood.

One of the most relaxing places to get some coffee and to just take a moment to be in a calm atmosphere.
